Order<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

When you place an order on Boardlife.se, an order confirmation is automatically sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. Our company name is North Creative Collective AB (556815-4370).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A purchase is not considered complete until the order has been processed and shipped from our warehouse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been packed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Boardlife reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Delivery<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

      Standard delivery time within Sweden is approximately 2\u20136 business days, depending on inventory status, product, and carrier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      During sales events, holidays, or periods of high order volume, delivery times may be slightly longer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The choice of carrier depends on the destination, order size, and product type.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Most shipments within Sweden are delivered to the nearest pickup location based on the specified address and ZIP code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        In some cases, smaller packages can be sent as letters, since they will then be delivered directly to your mailbox rather than to a pickup location. If a package is sent as a letter, you will not be able to track the delivery as usual. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Tracking information is usually sent via email or text message once the shipment has left our warehouse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Boardlife is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or other circumstances beyond our control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Incorrect address information<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

        It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their name, address, phone number, and email address are provided correctly at the time of ordering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        If you discover that you have entered incorrect information on your order, it is important that you contact us immediately. If shipping has not yet been arranged, we can easily update your information. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Any costs incurred due to incorrect address information or undeliverable shipments may be charged to the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Unclaimed Packages<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

        Packages that are not picked up within the carrier's holding period are automatically returned to us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        For unclaimed packages, we reserve the right to charge fees for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • administration<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • handling<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          The fee for unclaimed packages is currently 350 SEK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          If a shipment has not arrived, the customer is responsible for contacting us within a reasonable amount of time so we can take further action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Returns & Right of Withdrawal<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

          You have the right to return unused products within 30 days of receiving your order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Products must be returned:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Returns must be registered in accordance with our current return procedures before the product is sent back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
