Evolve Skateboards Diablo Bamboo Street

Evolve is known for its quality and it feels extra safe to be able to offer them with us at Boardlife. Diablo is another step up the ladder from their incomparable GTR 2. They are, just like the Carbon boards, available in an All Terrain and a Street that you can see here. A monster built to take you everywhere on all possible surfaces and conditions. So it's the same board but different wheels that come to.

Diablo can be modified with the smaller street wheels or you can simply switch to the larger All Terrain wheels. Depending on whether you choose to run the street wheels or all terrain, the range and top speed are slightly different. The street version gives you top speeds of up to 50km/h(!) and you have a range of up to 80 km if you drive economically.

Street will take you everywhere incredibly fast. With its less grippy urethane wheels, the acceleration and grip are extremely good. The Street set also has the capacity to reach the highest speed the board can achieve at 50 km/h. It also has the longest range of 80 km!

So whether you choose All Terrain or Street, it is the same board. There are conversion kits available if you want to convert your current version of the board to a street/All Terrain.

Bamboo vs. Carbon

So what's the difference between the bamboo board and the carbon board? Carbon looks quite raw while being slightly lighter in construction than the bamboo board. The bamboo board is a little more comfortable as it also gives you a flex that the carbon fiber model cannot offer in the same way. So in short, Carbon is a little more sporty in its design.
