Bones Special Oil for Ball Bearings. A single drop goes a long way.
You should add the oil to the open interior where you can see the balls, or to the protective plate with small holes; do not add it to the exterior if it is sealed with a rubber gasket.
With the SKF Explorer and Energy models, you can apply oil to the outside, since the shield has slots for oil.
